Our special thanks to the individuals and corporations who share their contacts and resources with us by Hosting Special Events within the community. Without their support, dedication and passion we would not be able to raise the awareness and dollars that are so instrumental to sustaining our wish granting program.
The Foundation cherishes all of our special relationships within the community. Some of our long standing partnerships include the New Hampshire Credit Union League -10 years, Landmark Benefits Inc - 5 years and Mountain Dew Vertical Challenge - 9 years. Thank you for your dedication and passion.
Here are just some of the people, groups and businesses that supported the Foundation this past year by hosting special events.

Wildcat Mountain in Pinkham Notch, NH On Monday, March 6, 2006, 26 challengers, including 24 men and 2 women participated in Wildcat's Third Annual 100K Day Challenge for the Make-a-Wish Foundation®. This day-long event was a test to see who was tough enough to tackle 100,000 vertical feet in one day of skiing or riding - that is at least 48 runs down the Lynx trail, 2,112 feet of vertical per run, all in one day. This fund-raiser raised $17,750 for Make-a-Wish Foundation® - over two times the amount raised last year and more than five times the amount raised the first year! Twenty-five of the 26 100K challengers reached the goal of skiing at least 100,000 vertical feet. Top prizes were awarded to the top fundraisers for the Make-a-Wish Foundation®. Manfred Raschke for the second year in a row took first place, raising $4,250.
